Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, operational constraints):

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

14 or more days before

the tour date:

100%

7–13 days before

the tour date:

50%

Less than 7 days before

the tour date:

No refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank or payment provider delays may extend this period.
Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider partial or full refunds for genuine emergencies, subject to supporting documentation.

Examples of Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Medical emergencies with hospital documentation
  • Family bereavement with death certificate
  • Natural disasters affecting travel
  • Government travel restrictions

Required Documentation:

Official documentation such as medical certificates, death certificates, or government travel advisories must be provided within 48 hours of the incident.

Non-Refundable Items

Third-party tickets or permits purchased in advance on your behalf may be non-refundable.

Special permits and park fees
Third-party accommodation bookings
Pre-booked restaurant reservations
Concert or event tickets
